Production
At Madersan Deri, we pride ourselves on the meticulous process we follow to ensure the highest quality leather products. Around 90% of our production is done using premium Turkish bovine hides, carefully selected for their superior quality. We source these raw hides exclusively from regions known for producing the best leather, areas recognized as 'higher skin quality regions' based on both quantitative and qualitative indicators. These regions are renowned for the consistency and excellence of their bovine hides, and we work with trusted suppliers who meet the rigorous standards set by Madersan Deri.
To ensure the leather we process meets our exacting standards, we maintain a close relationship with our suppliers, ensuring that they adhere to the strict requirements laid out by us. This partnership enables us to consistently obtain the finest hides, and we ensure that every hide that comes through our doors is of the highest quality. Our suppliers are selected based on their ability to meet these high standards, ensuring that only the best materials make it into our production process.
In our tannery, we employ a state-of-the-art automated control system to oversee the entire production process.
